Please help, I get msg key 5 not learned on my tdi

I have 2009 vw jetta and have flashing glow plug sign
I scanned it and get code 00175
Key 5 not learned. Car looses power
Don't know what to do

You scanned it with vcds? or another scantool.

well , i have obd ii scanner , i used it many times before.....
i never seen code like that

I checked in my Bentley service manual and there appears to be no reference of that code. Without the vagcom diagnostics there is no way to extract any further information . . .such as the module responsible for the fault. VCDS (vagcom) also decodes codes automatically.
