steering wheel vibration?

Now: 13 Touareg /Ex: Jetta 99.5
It happens when I drive around 60-70 at 5th gear. It's like you have a hummingbird in the steering wheel for 1 second, and it's gone for the next second, then come back. If I increase the speed, the interval gets shorter. If the speed exceeds 73 mph, it's gone. Anyone konws what could be the reason for such annoying vibration? And how to remove it?

I'll second that. It's definetly a balance issue. BTDT on too many cars.
