I will be performing a GAS to DIESEL swap on my 2009 passat wagon

passat has a 2.0T Gasser and I will be putting in a new 2.0 CR TDI in there.

currently gathering all the parts needed and getting info on programming.

anyone ever done this or know anyone that has?

thanks

There are just too many to list....
Someone just finished a similar job on a Tiguan, you may check out anything he has to offer as there are likely a lot of similarities. You'll need the diesel's transmission too.

I did a 2009 Jetta wagon 2.5L to CR swap earlier this year.

Passats are more intense when it comes to programming.

I got a new tranny, engine, turbo, alternator, starter and compressor. Still need a bunch of other small bits and pieces

Can you share why you think the programming on a B6 will be more intense? Isn't that just something you'd let the tuners handle?

I'm considering a B6 swap and seeing what's been done already.
