Do you have this many miles, but not 400k yet? Post here!

Please add some details about your car here. Let people know about the good, the bad, the unusual experiences, etc!

I hope I will make it to 482,803.2 km :D

edit: as of Oct 10 only 30 more megameters to go! I could do that in a dozen fort-nights easy.

Isn't there one going on the same thing? Did you do a search? (Couldn't resist!) :D
No. There is a 200k club. BUT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE MANY MORE MILES ON THERE CARS! Now there is a 300k, a 400k, a 500k, and a 600k club thread to join as you pass the mile marker. So, in a sense you are right. But it's in the details that you are mistaken.:)

'03 Jetta TDI 780,000 miles (totaled out), 01 Audi TT 225 Quattro 230,000 Miles (runs great!), 00 Cabreetle Beetle dash, ALH & MK4 harness Swap
I've got two, a 2001 Golf with 349,000 miles and a 2003 Jetta with 670,000 Miles (so it's a 300,000+)

Both running great

uhhhh I'm probably going to break 400k before the end of this month, so I should probably post up before I do!

On a side note, only about 340,000 of that is original before I ended up rebuilding the motor cause well... judging by my signature, I'm a little too abusive on the old car.

Love it to pieces though! Rides nice handles nice, not to mention it was my first car. It's my baby, probably won't get rid of it anytime soon that's for sure!

Kinda funny there isn't anything I really don't like about the car. I guess if I had to though, I don't like how the switches for the door are so complicated to get to. A push button to signal the door is open would have been a lot better design IMO. The rear window frames insist on rusting out regardless of the countless repair jobs. Diesel isn't as cheap as it used to be either... albeit not the car's fault!
