Balance shaft module repair in Texas??

Does anyone know of a VW dealer in TX that is aware of the balance shaft module failure?

Are there any dealers in TX that are doing the repairs under warranty?

Sorry, don't know of any. Besides, most Texas VW dealers don't even know they have diesels to sell.
