Hi I tried to connect to controller, but no response from controller. Other doors and windows are working fine.

Do other controllers reply?
Trying to determine if it's a wire going through the door jam broken or shorted.
There's been people with both problems.
There's a controller inside each door.
I think they all should reply.

I'll try to measure for broken cable. Are you sure that there are controllers in each door?

Yes, there are door modules in each door and you should be able to communicate with both of them with VCDS.
