Default Mk6 steel wheels on a Mk7?

Are these OEM 16" steel wheels from a 2012 Golf a good fit on a 2015 GSW?

All mk6 wheels should fit the mk7 just fine. I can corroborate that mk5 15" steel wheels fit perfectly fine, too.

For the record, when I went to purchase this set of wheels, the seller and I were surprised to discover that they were 15" wheels; not 16" as he had advertised. They'll get my winter tires.

hey more sidewall and cheaper tires is always a win in my book.

except in the bling department but who cares about that.
