2012 Golf TDI 6MT, Silver in VA

Now that my son is home from college, we finally got a chance to wash and clean the interior. Installed Lamin-x on fog lights and then put on a coat of Klasse All in One followed by High Gloss Sealant.



Now I just need to get the 15% tint replaced so he doesn't get stopped again!

Installed Auto light switch and sensor today. Works like a charm.

I got it from aliexpress.com (China). Seems to work fine except the parking light only setting turns on the headlights. And I need to do the wire mod.

Thanks, the VA State Police are not to fond of them. My 19 yo got pulled the first time he drove it. Luckily only a warning and no stops since then.

Did my first oil/filter change yesterday @61.5k. Uneventful--thankfully. Needed to run out and get a 32mm socket as my Bimmers use a 36mm. I guess I need to do the fuel filter now, but that will have to wait until my son get's home again for Christmas break.

Fuel filter changed at 62,725. Not too dirty. Inspected air and cabin filters--both in good shape.

Got the fuel filler and ECU recalls done this week. Also install Lamin-x to the headlights.

12/27/15 oil and filter at 73,600
1/4/16 clutch and brake bleed, inspected air filter
1/10/16 defective tire replaced by Tirerack.
