VW OEM Alarm Shock Sensor?

I'd like to know if VW OEM alarm provides for a shock sensor. My car was broken into and all because the thief did not open any doors. Had I had a shock sensor this would not have happened.

Does any one have an idea if I could install a shock sensor with my OEM alarm? I own a 2000 Jetta TDI.

There's a thread in the upgrades section, IIRC, about adding the interior motion detectors.

In the link above, he didn't have a picture where he tapped the red wire but said where. I am thinking that is there not a place to tap it near the fuse box? Or somewhere by the console where he tapped the green wire?
