Found it. Black thingy around where the key goes in!

On my instrument cluster Green connector, there is a green wire (pin 2) that is supposed to go to the "induction coil for anti-theft immobilizer" and pin 17 (black) should also go there.
My question is, where/what is the "induction coil for anti-theft immobilizer"?
