Can anyone give me info or point me to a thread on these faults? I drive a 2010 Jetta Sedan TDI manual trans.

I'm not sure if these are two different sensors (temp sensor and sensor 1) but my guess is they are different so for two sensors to toss intermitant issues with in a few KM would be pretty rare.

looks like the problem is intermitant and only happened twice and they happend within a few KM of each other, that'd lead me to think it's shoddly wiring, that will continue to go south as the KM pile on. Take it to the dealer and demand the wiring/sensor be addressed and fixed under warranty.
