I am selling my 2006 Tdi, Package#2, Platinum Gray with Anthracite leather. I am the second owner, bought it 2 years ago from a friend, it was his wife's car. I bought a new vehicle so this one needs to go. Asking $4200/OBO
Vitals: 151,xxx miles, 100K timing belt done at 90K, DSG serviced at 90K, 2014 17" Golf wheels from my diesel gate turn in, Continental Extreme Contact have about 10K on them, dealer maintained through 50K, oil & filter changes with Motul or Pentosin at 5k intervals. I can forward a copy of the original window sticker if needed.
Things that may need attention:
1) passenger front seat belt does not retract well, it returns slowly
2) headliner is the usual VW loose. I have glued it but it has shrunk in too many places.
3) headlight lens are foggy, I have used the restoration stuff but they aren't pretty
4) parking brake is weak
I will take pictures after the car is cleaned up and will post a link. The plan is to put this on CL in 2 weeks if not sold before then.
