My PD130 has spent most of its life above 220bhp, the majority around 250-260 and the lpast 3 years or so hovering around 280 - 315bhp depending on nitrous. Aiming now with DSSR 130% nozzles to get a daily 320bhp. That's my rough aim and then I think I will stop.

Hahah, you will not be able to stop, it is an addiction!
You have a built bottom end though right? Not stock?
I have gone the other route of adding lightness - mk1 tdi will be ready next year!

Only got rods. Everything else is stock bottom end.

My engine went in my car with 7,360 on the clock @ 220bhp from the start and it's now approaching 150,000 @ 300+. The bottom end [fingers crossed] has been 100% reliable. Also noted on injector swap that my Dbilas cam is showing hardly any wear at all after a good 4 years+ use). The only point of concern was the start of injector seat wear and rubbing marks on one side of the injector body.

That's quite a lot of power for this engine. Does the UK tax based on engine size as well? I've lived 6 years throughout Europe and they did in most areas, which is why people tuned these small engines. Also most countries check and match the engine to the car.

Point being that with all that money and work, a larger engine swap would be a cheaper option. Obviously you're not doing it for the economy. However, a larger engine is always more reliable than an equivalent powered smaller high strung engine.

Question about oil return line
I placed gtb2260 on exactly the same place as original and original oil lines match to 2260 turbo, but original oil return line from 2260 is 4mm wider than 130hp tdi turbo
Is that ok?
Heres pics
These is oem pd tdi 1.9 turbo

And these from 2260 turbo

Turbo placed on engine same as original

Exhaust manifold is done :)

Ported welded flange

And intake ported to fit 63mm pipe on

spool is great, fool boost at 3500rpms, on 2000 i have 1bar so it is good to drive
boost is 2.7bar

mods: gtb2260vk hybrid, ported head, 120%+ firad nozzles, 272 degree pipercams camshaft, ported intake manifold, 800x300 fmic with 64mm piping, turbo back exhaust 76mm, smf clutch kit, 4 bar map sensor, custom air intake, 12,9 head studs and a few more details
about egt, i have egt gauge in car and so far I have not passed 450 degrees (very big exhaust turbine housing)

EGT 450 Celsius? Is the sensor in the tailpipe? :D

Sounds like good power. I'd like to see it on several dynos before making mind up. I similar mods, 2.8 bar boost, and not passed about 320/330bhp.

turbine intake is 7mm bigger than original, exhaust 2mm bigger
on my egt gauge, i have never passed 450degrees
probe is in manifold, before turbo
car is runned on dyno six times, at 2.5 bar 340hp, than 35x, than 364 and 369 at 2.7 bar, on 2,8bar boost 372hp and we again go to 2,7 and final run was 369hp

from 100 to 200kmh, less than 9 seconda

Our 1.9TDIs make 335-350bhp with 2.5bar boost. So your power levels looks ok.

What Exhaust Manifold Pressure levels? I dont believe those numbers if EMP is sky high.

the EGT probe must be faulty or is not deep enough in the manifold 450 degrees is what stock car can easily produce...
