No Glow Plug Light oil pressure light and no start

I just started to have this problem today. I put the key in and turn it and wait for the glow plug light to go away...but there is no glow plug light and I haven't been driving the car for hours. So I turn the key and it turns over, but no start. While I'm trying to get it to start for about 5 seconds the oil pressure light will come on.
DOES ANYBODY KNOW or have experienced this before???

Relay 109, classic symptoms. Under $30 at your dealer or less on line. A search will turn up many threads on this issue.
