IS there a block heater on a 2002 jetta 1.9
2002 Volkswagen GLS TDI Jetta, 20H.P. nozzles, 2 1/2" SS exhaust 4" turndown, AFE intake, more mods coming soon

2006 dodge ram 3500 big horn 5.9L cummins, S&B, Edge Juice with Attitude, DiabloSport Predator, more mods to come

seems odd, but I've never heard of an A4 with a block heater from the factory

No, but I have seen a unit that hooks inline to the cooling system that heats/circulates. plugs 110v.
