Default 1999 VW Golf TDI Won't Start

Here is my problem, When i turn the key i do hear some clicks from the relay 185. I already replace the Relay 185, and i can not get the car to start. I notice that the clocks get reset too when i turn key, i did not change anything, it was working in the night, and the next morning the car is having this issue, any suggestions? thanks in advice. . Here is a video where i do explain the problem, turn on CC on the video please.

Sounds like a flat battery, I would check that and if it's ok I would check the connections for it are nice, clean and tight. The glow plug light on the dash looks normal.

Dead battery, very common. Check for electrical leaks.
