Lights in fog & cargo netting
How are the Jetta headlights in the fog? No fog lighting is offered on it. Any after market stuff?
The trunk is big and quite flat and cries out for some cubbies or something to hold things in place. What's a good source for cargo netting or arrangements for the sedan?

They are not that good. I put Hella Micro De lights in the lower grills and they do a great job in low visibility situations such as fog and snow. I can't remember what I paid for them i think close to 200? but theve so far lasted me 3 years with only one burnt out bulb which costs 7 dollars or less. I think there are some after market headlights on the market called e-codes? im not sure how the fog light in that assembly is though i doubt its that great cause its so high off the road in the headlight housing. more senior members will probably have a better idea. But the Micro de's were a gerat upgrade.

Ralph: What series Jetta do you have? It would help in crafting a reply.

We're getting a 2010. Supposed to be here today.
Selling our 1983 Benz (lady picking it up today, too), which has MARVELOUS fog lights and cubbies in the trunk to put things.

Picked up the TDI yesterday. It came with a floormat and trunk mat option that includes some "gorilla" blocks that stick to the trunk mat to hold stuff in place.
Wife drove it home. I had to take the Cabrio to the top shop again to fix the seat to/fro. It was on the way back home. So, we haven't driven it at night yet.
