Default Near Oshkosh White Jetta TDI
I passed an 06ish Jetta TDI in white with Colorado Handicapp plates on Highway 41 on my way to Oshkosh. As I passed them I saw them flash their headlights at me in recognition I believe of my car. I was doing my normal 5 over, so it wasn't a flashing for a squad, I am very sure of.
