How's your battery? Although there may be enough power to crank, it may not be enough to fire.

I changed the filter as well and I've searched everywhere for a fuse diagram and have come up with basically nothing

Changed fuel filter and pump and battery tried jumping pump and it works but nothing when I turn the key
