Flashing Glow Plug Indicator

Our Glow Plug Indicator flashes after car is started and going down the road, also the rear brake lights don't work while the light is flashing anybody know what's up.

Either the brake light switch is bad and in need of adjustment (do a search it has been covered) or both back brake lights have burned out. the switch is a PITA to install the first time but only about 10 US from Impex i believe. The dealer gets 27and up.

Check the Fuse for the brake lights... That was all I need to replace on my 2000 Golf TDI.

Thanks for the help guys, it turned out to be the brake light switch,it was an easy fix.
