While it's unfortunate for the club, it's simply a result of *insert ad-lib here* decisions and the resulting evolution of transportation.
But I would say say when the club started, there was only the Passt B4 and then only the Jetta, when Mk 4 introduced, there was Jetta and Golf and some Tregs and B5.5s
