I'm pulling my hair out with this.
Bilstenin TC's all around, new OEM springs all around, upgraded HD mounts from UROtuning.
After 3 months, had that rattle/clunk coming from high frequency small bumps or a heavy hit.
Pulled 1 rear shock and it was definitely bad, sent back for a warranty set. One of the URO tuning mounts' rubber was starting to pull from the casting. Great. Got a refund for those.
Went with a set of ECS tuning HD mounts (much better quality). Installed this weekend, torqued per the Bentley spec on everything. While on the ground, with a person in the car (granted she was 115 lb soaking wet...). Went to take the car to work this morning, the clunk in the right rear was even worse!!
Turned the car around to go park it at home and grab the truck.
The axle beam bushings are newer Cupra R's within the last year or so.
I need to get the car backed on ramps and check them. I know they were clocked how the old ones came out even though clocking isn't critical with the Cupra's.
I'm seriously at a loss...what else is back there?? Wheel bearing spun normal and felt tight, could not feel any play...
