Just picking up a 2013 Golf DSG. How can I tell if the original owner tuned the engine of the DSG?

- 2011 vw golf tdi(gone to greener pastures), 2001 ford f250 powerstroke
I would just assume it had the dieselgate fix done and has that tune. It's really a pretty small percentage of owners that tune their tdi's anyhow.
