ABS Light & Brake Light Flashing No Start

Hi

My 2000 Jetta just clicks when the key is turned and wont start. Boosted and it started but the ABS light stays on and the brake light flashes. Instrument lights flicker and fuse S164 was burned out. Now it wont start just clicks.

Any advice would be appreciated.

How does the fuse holder connections on the top of your battery appear? clean of corrosion? what the ground on your bellhousing look like? clean?

Fuses look clean, not sure of the ground to the bell housing. When we bridged the s164 fuse it started with a boost but the abs light came on and the brake light flashes. The instrument lights flicker too.

Any other ideas?

The car wont start but the instrument panel click but the starter doesnt turn
