Fuel filter was done 2,000 miles ago. Could bad fuel do it? (Light came on 15 minutes after fueling up at a hole in the wall diesel station, I was low & HAD to stop)

Sorry to resurrect the thread from 4 years ago, but did you ever find a solution or reason for all the fault codes? I picked up the "fixed" 2013 TDI about a year ago, tuned it with Malone and maybe a month later, these fault codes started popping up and clearing by themselves.
