Wondering how many people driving a Jetta /golf EA288 2015 have notice a few extra cranks in the morning when starting?

Yeah - make sure the place you goto installs an H6 (Group 48) battery and not an H5 (because it has "enough CCA").

My 1998 beetle doing the same thing I am thinking my fuel is draining off. I don't see how a different battery will help. My car has 200k on it I may be also lacking compression?

just my thoughts

My 2000 NB has 371,000 miles, and one glowplug needs replaced (rounded off - for about 6 years now) and it has no trouble starting clear down to below 0 F if I have a good battery in it.
