Injector nozzles

Hi there

Looking to fit new nozzles :rolleyes:

Allready got a k&n in-box air filter and fitted a new t-box 50 for some more hp....
What nozzles should i fit in? (or should i leave it stock as is?) :confused:
If new nozzle is the way to go witch ones do you guys advice?
Dont want to mess up the turbo or anything else in the process so advices will be welcome :p

which engine do you have? european diesels have many different possibilities...

Start saving for a new MAF or put the stock airbox back... it doesn't make any more power with the K&N on there, plus it nukes your MAF.

so... is it a PD engine or an injection pump engine? what horsepower did yours come with stock?

Its an injection pump engine 110hp stock
Does really k&n filter "kill" my maf??
The maf was "gold solid" at dyno a few months ago....(even tried new one and no diference on power/torque...)
One problem still p***es me off..... theres a gap on power betwen 2500 and 3000rpm (rocket blasts from still then at 2500rpm drops and at 3000....takes off again...)
Any ideas?

as for the power problem... unplug your MAF.

you nozzles in a 110 I beleive are .205 nozzles... might try a chiptune, or even larger nozzles than that... you will start running into a turbo problem if you have the VNT-15 with a chiptune...

Turbo problem?? why??
I´ve already drop in a t-box in there and works fine and bearely no smoke... only in flat out starts (but only a litle bit...)
I´m thinking to go for the .216 PP520...
Good or not soo good choice?

I just destroyed a VNT17 and a MAF with a "highflow" air filter.... Just keep that in mind.

ok you got my atention....
so what do you advice to fit/do there? standard vw air filter?
and how about the nozzles? witch ones should i fit?
