Next is a 96 wagon TDI that has some rust and needs a bit of work but I haven't had a ride worth putting money and time into and I'm looking forward to this project.

Nice job! The wagon also looks like the super rare silk blue color,it's too light for windsor blue. You probably should get a second job to keep up with the maintenance costs;),hopefully you have time to tinker with them. Just make sure you stick w/trusted vendors here for the timing belt kits,and do NOT order anything from North Carolina from a guy named prothe,hans auto parts,Rothenbacher Engineering,or one of the many other names that clown goes by-just do a search on here,and you'll see what I mean;)......

those are in infinitely better shape than mine are...lol.

A good buy for that price.

The silk blue wagon I might have been able to get a fender in that color a couple months ago but now it's gone.

Ah, memories. I changed the head for a neighbor's B4 after he neglected to change the timing belt.

I didn't say GOOD memories. But memories.
