I am pretty sure that these are both "standard" measuring blocks so I suspect that ODBeleven can read them. I do not know whether or not it can log them as you drive. If you can find a procedure to read these values with VCDS the measuring blocks should be the same. I'm no ODBeleven expert, but it should be possible.
Apparently, you get what you pay for. Ross-Tech has excellent support.

When you get your interface, you should sign up (and get verified) on the Ross-Tech forum. It is excellent for support from RT and from other expert users.
