GLX rotors on GL or GLS... 4 studs to 5

I was wondering if anyone has ever retrofit GLX 5 stud rotors to a GL or GLS car that was originally equipped with 4 stud rotors? Would you have to retrofit the calipers also??? Is this possible (I would think so, since the studs are in the rotors)?
