2003 Bora Variant PD100 - Update Memory Recaro leather seats

I bought this car about a month ago as a project car. I converted the front from Golf to Bora/Jetta, because I like that front so much better.
Car has factory alarm and sunroof.
Other mods I did so far:
- `sportline` seats in stead of `comfortline` seats
- SE clocks
- MFD
- 17" Long Beach rims
- Rollling windows mod
- Changed the remote from 2 button to 3 button with popping hood mod
- OEM double folding floor
- OEM detachable tow bar
- Highline read lights
Plans:
- motor swap to PD150 + DSG
- Suspension kit
- Full chrome exteriour trim
- FIS clocks with TMC box
- Folding mirrors
- ... lots of other OEM upgrades
