I was out running errands and the car failed to start (usually fires right up) it started second attempt but cranked much longer before doing so. Engine light came on and car is way down on power. Did a scan when i got home and its not looking good. The ecu is has a rocketchip 1.5 and has been flawless for the last 7 years. Everything else is stock. Car still runs but im not driving it as the likelihood of getting stranded seems high. Any insight??

There are just too many to list....
Well certainly anything is possible, but since you can still communicate with it I would suggest checking all the fuses and all the grounds first, as well as checking the connection to the ECU itself, as a lot of times if the cowl cover is damaged water can get in there and cause all sorts of problems. So can critters.

You may also take a look over the engine management wiring diagram and see if there are any common power or ground feeds to the various things listed.

And as always, check the power and grounds from the battery.

Besides oilhammer's suggestions, how old is the battery?

With that number of codes I would check for a bad battery 1st, just because it's easy to check/get checked.

If that isn't it, I would suggest digging into the wire harness down by the battery. This could also be one of the wire chaffing problems.

The battery is a fairly new AGM and seems pretty good but the car has been put on light duty as we have 2 others vehicles that fit the car seats better so it does sit for a week at a time with no use. It has been pretty slushy here so its possible that there is moisture in the ecu connector. Also possible that a ground had rusted off but how would it still run with either blown fuses related to those circuits or no ground? Its almost like the parameters that were adjusted for the tune are scrambled based on the faults. Anyways thanks for the insight. ill report my findings as I dig deeper

Start with the assumption that the ECU is fine, they rarely "fry". Seems the battery is good. Weak batteries can cause odd issues.
Go with this- #2

I have another untuned ecu that I can plug in to see if the faults remain or go away. The only thing is that it doesnt have an immo delete. For the purpose of testing though the immo might not matter.

Fuse blown, too many faults to do with solenoids, check fuse 34. All those items are fed from that fuse, and the reason it turning over so much to start is that its getting no signal from the camshaft sensor. Probably a cable worn through at the rear of the intake for anti shudder valve.

Bingo! fuse 34 was blown. Just came inside to report that and saw your post...replaced and all is well. Ill have to check the harness you indicated to see if its rubbed through. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Glad you found the problem.
It might be worth the time to clean the ground wire from the battery to under the battery tray, to the trans.
The one under the battery tray has been mentioned numerous times.
All the devices in the car that ground to the body rely on that one to complete the circuit back to the battery.

Recently had RC (s01G) 7v gp fix / upgrade.

Happy motoring.
