Hey Blue, sorry I didn't get back on the PM, have been busy...i've bought three vehicles from Cable over the years, and my main gripe is not unusual...you have to be on your toes to get anything done right from Service the first time...they tend to stonewall finding any issues until you actually make them follow your finger down to the crack in the frame, or whatever /images/graemlins/wink.gif. If you get an extended warranty (the one they sold me folded but they said they would "honor" it) make sure you know EXACTLY how car loaners and such work...they beat me out of several days of car loans by saying that they hadn't diagnosed the problem by day's end and so the letter of the law didn't allow them to give me a car...grrrrr...overall, I would just be careful to get everything in writing, no matter how minor...write your own notes on the receipts about what you heard them say then have someone initial it...that really makes them grumpy, snicker. If you are having trouble getting answers, try to talk with Ron Rowe in sales, tell him you are a friend of Rick Rushing's in Yukon, then he will hang up on you /images/graemlins/grin.gif
I guess they are no different than most dealerships, but I've had to give my vehicles back to them numerous times for the same problem...gets annoying. Good luck.
What the heck is a dudybug? /images/graemlins/cool.gif Hey guy, we all need to get together at Cracker Barrel some saturday morning...you, me, lightwave, okcjack, maybe some others around here! I drive a red 98 Jetta with cool spinners on it, snicker
