Looking for someone to do a 5 speed swap in DC area

HI all. I'm moving to the Virginia/DC area in 3 weeks and bringing my ALH Golf with me. It has a failing autotragic and needs to be 5 speed swapped. I was planning on doing this with a friend of mine here in WA, but now with an unexpected transfer I don't have the time. I have all the swap parts minus a clutch/flywheel I will get new and a clutch line I need to acquire. Being that VA has strict inspection and emissions testing, I know I wont pass with the CEL. So that means I need to find someone to do the swap fairly quickly once I arrive. I don't mind having to drive a few hours to drop off. Thanks for your time!
