I haven't brought in my 97 B4 TDI for service but we used them for the factory paid service work on our 2000 1.8T Passat. They were ok but tended to over fill the oil a bit. Just after the factory warranty ran out, 1 month and 500 miles over, the MAF failed. They replaced it no charge, no hassle, no BS! We didn't buy it from them either.
When the o ring between the head and the radiator hose mount failed on my TDI and started seeping I called them and they mailed me one no charge, it came in the mail the next day.
I've been doing my own work for the most part but if a problem developed I couldn't handle or get done locally I'd use them
