For what, exactly? Semi auto MP5 in that case is completely legal in a lot of states in the US.

Not here, it's lockable so police can't randomly access if locked and they would need a warrant to get into it, which requires probable cause.
Excellent addition, and as others have said it would be great for receipts as well since the B4 cars never got the glove box.
Glad you found one, I'm sure there aren't too many of those around!

Note that on my car there is no window crank hole. Mine has automatic windows. I found the case online but it was missing the top half, so I modified my normal door card to fit the case.
