Has anyone had this issue that when the ignition switch is turned off, the trip odometer and clock resets back to zero and 12:00(respectively).
Also, the fuel gauge, temp gauge, and Tach needles remain in the position where they were as if the car was still on. And the radio has to be turned off manually.

I have checked to grounds under the battery. I am thinking ignition switch?
Any suggestions are appreciated..

I think you either have a bad ignition switch, or a short.
First thought reading odometer and clock reset I thought bad battery.
Weird electrical gremlin?...

Also check both battery and switched fused power to cluster are good. Sounds like the cluster is not receiving 30 (battery) power, but is receiving 15 (ignition) power. So every time you turn the ignition off it's like you disconnected the battery.

15 power is fuse S11 and is a 10A.
30 power is fuse S15 and is a 10A.

Both fuses are the smaller of the two in the end of the dash.

Could also be a bad ignition switch. What else is not working right?

Thanks Jason, the fuses are all good. That was the first thing I check when it started happening. So it must be the ign. switch... Thanks for the feedback...
