Try Justin @ Next Generation or Osker DAS Parts. Bought quite a bit off parts off these guys myself both I highly recommend. . worst case there's also Canada Catalyst

I think you need "silver arrow" is the code LG9R...1999.5-2002 Mk4
I saw few of 2001 Jetta on kijij being parted out..have a look there.

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I tried Canada Catalyst already but he's out of stock on all MK4 Jetta fenders. I'll try the other two and Kijiji.

update you info Ontario is a big place
