left rear turn signal...

has any one experienced problems with the rear left turn signal bulb? I get the indicator light to illuminate the instrument panel and then just turn off on its own. I replaced that particular light bulb thinking it was blown, but the problem persist, not all the time but once or twice a day the turn signal will not work, it just flashed fast in the dash and the little light illuminates. all other turn signals work.

any takers???
