Removal of Hood Release Lever on interior kickpanel

I searched but apparently not with the correct terms, anyway, how does one remove the hood release lever on the interior driver's side kickpanel?
I routing an aftermarket XM antenna and need it out of the way.

Life saver, I tried to get this off for quite a while! The one thing missing from peoples interior conversion threads.

Ah ha! Mine pops off periodically. It must be missing that clip.
