hi new to forum where to post tech questions on my audi a4 tdi 110 se 1996

looking to fix everything

replace and uprate all brakes and suspension

and tune and add performance parts to the engine

which section is best for me thanks dan

would also like to hear from anone else tuning these cars and the afn engine

Welcome, Pirate. I think you'll have the best luck for maintenance things on the "Other VW Group TD(I)s" forum, and for power mods either there or the "TDI Power Upgrades" forum. Suspension and brakes would be in the "Upgrades (non TDI Engine related)".

There are quite a few folks from your side of the pond on here, but I'd guess that the majority are Americans, followed by Canadians (the founder of the site is Canadian, and TDIs seem to be very popular up there). To my (meager) knowledge, the AFN wasn't a north american offering, but someone will surely pipe up if I'm wrong. Is the AFN a PD110? It might be similar to our 1.9L PDs in terms of tuning.
