Have you replaced your windshield lately? If so, then ask the shop that did the work to reattach the mirror.kwkerrick said:

remove the mirror from it's mounting lug. any auto parts store will sell you a cleaning/adhesive kit to reattach it. glue the lug and wait per the instructions b4 re-attaching the mirror.
