Here is a rough draft list of positions that need to be filled...
  • Goody bag stuffers - Thursday night - 4 volunteers
  • Registration suite setup - Friday morning - 3 volunteers
  • Raffle/Auction item collection & cataloging - Friday morning & afternoon - 3 volunteers
  • Registration greeters, goody bag passer-outers - Friday evening & Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
  • Parking lot staffers, direction givers - Friday afternoon & evening - 3 volunteers
  • Meet & Greet bouncers - Friday evening - 2 volunteers
  • Saturday Breakfast bouncers - Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
  • Vendor setup assistants - Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
  • Parking lot staffers, direction givers - Saturday afternoon - 3 volunteers
  • Raffle table volunteers - Saturday morning & afternoon - 2 volunteers
  • Kart 2 Kart bouncers, food & setup/cleanup assistants - Saturday evening - 3 volunteers
  • Show & Shine parking/judging assistants - Sunday morning & afternoon - 3 volunteers
  • Raffle table & drawing - Sunday morning & afternoon - 2 volunteers
  • Banquet setup & bouncers - Sunday evening - 2 volunteers
  • Auction - Sunday evening - 2 volunteers
  • Post event cleanup - Monday morning - 4 volunteers
