"RELAY 109" Sounds like a good title for a song. In reading through the forum I have noticed (no kidding) many posts about relay 109. Is this something that every tdi owner should keep in their emergency kit as a spare? Are failures more common in the A3 models? Is my 2000 Jetta a likely candidate for this ailment? Thanks in advance for your input.
My UD did not have glowplugs. It used a preheater that warmed the air prior to entering the cylinders. I never had a problem starting its 427 cu. in. direct injected intercooled turbo in line 6 cylinder. I loved that He-man diesel.
