If you look between the radiator and engine, the valve with the intake hose on it coming up from the inter-cooler. that valve is sticking. I removed mine, cleaned it up to where it would move free, and re-installed. was fine for a while then stickied up again in a few months. had to do it again with a hi-temp lube on the valve bushings. didn't think this was a high temp area being on the intake but the EGR valve is mounted next in line. mine has been good for a while now.

If it sticks and wont let the car run, leave your key on and hit it a few times with a wrench to jar it loose so you can get home. when you turn your key off it tries to close. That's what I had to do. the 3 mount bolts for it are star tips. not Phillips or triple square.

good luck, not a hard job. took me about 1.5 hour the first time. I removed the hose coming up from the intercooler out of car first to make it easy to get to the mount bolts on valve, that tube was kinda hard to get back into place after valve bolted back in.
