Looking for a good EDC15P tuner

Hi! I am looking for someone that could tune my 1.9TDI ARL eninge with 2.7Turbo.

I need someone that can do a proper tuning, not just flat out the limits, put 80mg of fuel everywhere and 2bar boost all the way.

I need someone that will make the car work good, not just fast, but also good.

Can someone recomand someone?
