Turbo question...

So had this car for a couple of months and keep finding new things. I noticed these two green hoses are conected and has to do with the turbo.

https://ibb.co/m8yPMa

But on the right side theres nothing, and seen another hose, unplugged going in my car and in the boost guage. I hooked it up and it seemed to be working fine ( the boost cage and turbo ).

I took out to the rood and the engine started to choke and a big cloud of white smoke came out. As soon as I unplugged it, the engine worked fine as did everything else.

Could something simply just be stuck in that tube?

You may have basically plugged it by connecting to the gauge.
The missing hose on the right side of the N75 should go to the airbox.
As long as is remains missing unfiltered air will contaminate the N75 and pump.
Also there will be a small unfiltered air leak into the engine's intake stream.

It's more like a long-term reliability problem so I would replace that hose soon.
While you're at it make sure the vacuum hoses are hooked up right.
Is there a hose barb on the intake manifold or hoses for that boost gauge?

There are 2 similar vacuum valves like in your picture, the other controls the ASV on the EGR.
The same fitting on both valves go to a vacuum tee and the 3rd port from the tee to the air filter bottom.
Make sure the hole going into the air box is open.

When I cleaned my intake manifold I drilled & tapped it over the cylinder 4 runner.
Only thing I get a buzzing in the gauge at low boost for about 2 months then it stops.
A bit of black stuff builds up in the fitting hole and seems to smooth's it out.
They also make a filter for that.
I don't think you would have that problem if you put a fitting in the plastic boost hose.

My boost gauge buzzed like crazy until I took the cotton from a q-tip and stuffed it in the inlet side of the gauge. It has been months and the gauge still works great and it does it silently.

Think I will try that next time I take it apart.
I never changed the light in it for a brighter one.

So i was driving with the boost gauge hooked up fofr a couple days, and seemed to be working fine. But i feel like when its unplugged it goes a lot more, compared to when the gauge is hooked up.

I don't think a 1/8" hole can affect the your engine much either way.
Where are you tapping the boost for the gauge?

The "race pipe" is where a lot of people hook up their boost gauge source; I don't see in your earlier pictures where the check valve is in your vacuum line?

I also do not see any check valve in earlier photo.
It should be #4 in this diagram, but not present in OP's photo.

When the boost gauge is connected what sort of readings do you get while accelerating?

Don't worry too much about the check valve. I don't use one and don't miss it.
It's there to keep the reservoir from losing vacuum when the pump isn't producing any.
