i just bought a new MAF for my 2000 golf tdi. i bought this one,
http://www.worldimpex.com/item_detail.html?sku=207480
when i bought it i was just thinking that it was gonna be better then the bosch one and now that i look at the specs it doesnt even say that its for a golf. another thing is that when i got it the part looks like this one,
http://www.worldimpex.com/item_detail.html?sku=228252
which is what i recieved since it plainly says BOSCH on it. without really thinking about it i installed it yesterday.. the powers back and my car drives fine but is this okay for me to have installed? i mean it doesnt say its for a golf.
thanks

Its fine for your car. Great price too.

I dunno why it doesn't say its for the Golf on Impex. Its the exact same motor for the Jetta and New Beetle for MY2000.

Either one will work.

A Jetta is a Golf with a trunk, and different fenders, headlights, hood, and grille. Therefore, if it works on a Jetta, it works on a Golf.

Yeah but because of the different drag coefficients, they MUST be calibrated differently:D:p

Say, does anyone know how to change turn signal fluid?

Check the brakes lights. One of them might be out...
