I'm interested in how long your nozzles have lasted. I wouldn't mind buying 2 sets from ebay and making one good set from 8 but I'm a bit concerned about how long they last.

I have tested German/Ebay nozzles, they was good for 10k km, after that, they started to drip. Have tested many chinese nozzles, and they wasn't good at all for a long time.

Gibonta - chinese crap, they are even worse than ebay/germany nozzles. So I am really wondering why darkside are selling them.
At the moment I know only one good nozzles, but bigest size is only 0.300mm, so it is to small for me.

All the nozzles you see except Firad and Bosio are chinese re-branded.

Bosio caused me nothing but issues so i wont sell those either!!!!

We had a few issues with Gibonta before but not recently.

Yes, all other nozzles are from china, but why you ar selling bad quality nozzles from china with text - Highest quality European made nozzles.
I was thinking, that for so big company, priority is a good quality parts, not reselling chinese parts with 500-1000% markup. Then better tell the truth for you clients and give them link, where to buy these nozzles for price what represent the quality.

I see the issue on the listing, this was from when HFLOX nozzles were sold by us.

I wish we had 1000% markup, you ask Gibonta to buy 100's of nozzles and see what price you get, 30% if you are lucky. Gibonta check the quality before they come here and every now and then one slips through the net with an issue but if you pop test like you should it never ends up in an engine.

I could go right to China, brand them Darkside and tell lies like the rest. Never had anyone report a failure with Gibonta otherwise i would simply not offer them or fit them to customers cars and make good numbers on my dyno!!!!!!

Wait for it, also our team used these chinese nozzles, what Gibonta is reselling, they last about 5k km, and you see, that they are dead only when tako off the car. We used them only because there isn't other who offers that size. I have talked with many manufaturer, they don't produce bigger than 0.350-0.380 because then there will be many scrapps.

Round about 520NM.
I have no long term experience.
You have to drive with your head.
I will see how long it works. ;-)

Nice result! Id swop in 12.9 mean cap bolts as cheapest insurance. I did break a crank once in my ibiza when a 10.9 bolt let go. that setup had only a 2052v like 15 years ago

if you have good .3mm nozzle id use a good 12mm head (cummins) and call it as day. will do 300 hp with acceptable duration.

I ran 280hp for long time with firad .280 and 12mm. plenty of track use without issues.

300hp is not enough for VP engine, target is 400 only on diesel, so there is problem with that, there isn't nozzles in good quality what can offer that. Only bad quality where you are playing with your engine all the tie, if it will handle it or not.

Bad news.
Today we have tested the 250 dbilas cam.

Same software, same pressure. only change the cam.

I have lost more than 10hp.
