Were all of the miles racked up in Honolulu? If so what was it used for laps around the island?

Ha,ha.. No, the car's on the Big Island. You can rack up miles driving into town to work. Around the island and you can do almost 600 miles. This car was bought used on the mainland and shipped here. More than half run up on the mainland.

I didn't think that it would be that common to find a hawaii car with 200+.

Some people drive their cars into the ground and wind up with low mile rust buckets, then there are people that take care of their cars.

Oh I understand that. My 2003 tdi jetta had 175k miles when i got rid of it in 2008 but it looked nearly brand new.
